Job Description

Telehealth Veterinary Technician - Full Time Chewy 3 ( ) Plantation, FL for later # 8308 Position summary ents and support innovative advancements. Collaborate with Chewy Health Team Members on the development of current and new services and products. Candidates must be willing to commit to working 40hrs/weekly Chewy offers full training and necessary materials for the vet tech to support and provide effective communication with pet parents efficiently. Chewy offers holiday pay on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
What You'll Need:
Active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT or RVT) A Veterinary Technology associates or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or
AVMA-CVTEA
accredited program, or equivalent is required. 3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience. Must have proficient computer skills as this will require interacting with customers and Chewy Team Members remotely through an online platform. Someone who adopts forward thinking and curiosity. Has exemplary listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask comfortably. Is comfortable collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, applying a team-oriented environment. Is passionate about helping people and pets with compassion and excellent customer service focus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment. The Team Member's internet speed must be at least 50 Mbps (download) and 10 Mbps (upload). Have a designated working space that is quiet and free from disruptions. Minimal travel required. Chewy is an equal opportunity employer.
