We're a locally owned, brand-new specialty practice led by a board-certified veterinary dermatologist who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and growing the next generation of technicians . If you've been in the field a few years and are ready to take your skills to the next level, this role is your chance to dive into the world of veterinary dermatology while building a career you love. What You'll Do Assist with intradermal allergy testing and allergen mapping Prepare custom allergy treatments (injectable & sublingual) Support dermatology consults with efficiency and compassion Collect samples, place IV catheters, and assist with blood draws Monitor patients and anesthesia during dermatologic procedures Work directly with the dermatologist during biopsies, CO₂ laser, video otoscopy, and more Keep meticulous medical records and ensure sample accuracy Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates What We're Looking For Solid technical foundation: venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring Comfortable working with sedated patients and multitasking in procedure-heavy days Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to learn specialty protocols Strong communicator and team player Bonus Points If You Have Credentialing (CVT, RVT, LVT) or equivalent experience Previous exposure to dermatology or another specialty service Familiarity with allergy testing protocols or immunotherapy prep A growth mindset and excitement for mentorship & CE Why Join Us Work side-by-side with a board-certified dermatologist who invests in mentorship Be part of a locally owned specialty startup —your ideas and input matter here Competitive pay + benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plan, FSA, employee discount) CE and professional growth opportunities Supportive, respectful culture built on integrity and clinical excellence Ready to Grow With Us?
