We offer a set schedule, and weekends off, and we are always closed on holidays. We prioritize our employees' mental health and a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for a Veterinary Technician, preferably certified, but will accept comparable experience. We need full-time help for our busy small animal hospital. References are requested. We are looking for someone experienced with performing all routine technical duties (must be able to draw blood, place IV catheters, induce anesthesia, and be very comfortable with patient restraint). Should be very comfortable interacting with clients in an exam room setting and have experience with computerized record keeping. Our hospital has high standards for client communication, education, and pet care. After a 90-day probation period, full-time staff is eligible for: Reduced-cost pet care. Health insurance; Dental, Vision also optional. Paid time off. We offer a retirement plan after 2 years of employment.
