Job Description
This position is a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a research feedlot and cow-calf operation, assisting a multi-veterinarian business with hands-on animal care and data collection. Responsibilities may include data collection, assisting with treatments, observing animal health, basic animal husbandry, and collecting samples. The role involves physical, hands-on work in a typical agricultural environment. No prior professional experience is required. Preference will be given to applicants with an interest in animal health, agriculture, or veterinary science, as well as high school graduates with farm, ranch, or related experience. On-the-job training will be provided. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment built on shared responsibility and collaboration. Successful candidates should be reliable , eager to learn , comfortable working outdoors , and able to adapt to changing duties based on study-specific needs .
