You are skilled medical professionals who directly shape patient outcomes. We're looking for a Veterinary Technician who still enjoys the craft of veterinary medicine. The kind of tech who notices small changes in a patient before they become big problems. The kind of person who takes pride in doing things right, even when nobody is watching. This is a place where your work actually matters in the room, not just on paper. We're a growing hospital with a brand-new facility, designed intentionally around the people who work inside it. Better flow, easier cleaning, and equipment that doesn't fight you every time you use it. We're also intentional about the supplies we stock because the small things shape your entire day. That means using the good sticky tape that actually holds, the quality IV catheters that go in smoothly, and syringes that don't stick or fight you mid-dose. It may sound simple, but anyone who has worked in medicine knows those details add up across every patient, every shift. What you'll actually do here Our technicians are trusted to use their full skill set, including: Placing IV catheters Intubation and anesthesia monitoring Radiographs and CT imaging Dental radiographs and cleanings Feeding tube placement and management Laboratory diagnostics and patient workups Assistance with surgery and advanced medical cases Endoscopy assistance Client education and communication You're not a glorified animal holder. You're a medical professional and an essential part of the clinical team. We rely on you to think, act, and participate in medicine. - What it feels like to work here This is a collaborative hospital. Veterinarians and technicians work closely, and good ideas can come from anywhere in the building. Questions are encouraged. Input is expected. You'll be supported by a team that understands veterinary medicine is demanding work, and that it should still feel meaningful. What we offer Guaranteed hours Strong focus on quality patient care Locally owned, independent practice Brand-new, purpose-built facility Advanced diagnostics including CT Employee pet care discounts Uniforms provided Paid major holidays No Sunday hours, ever Health Insurance Stipends Continuing Education and License reimbursement Opportunities to grow your skills and take on more responsibility A wide variety of medical, surgical, dental, and urgent care cases A note on balance We believe better medicine happens when people are supported both inside and outside the hospital. That's part of why we do not open on Sundays, and why holidays are actually protected time for the team. If this sounds like you If you want to work somewhere that respects your skills, lets you use them fully, and treats you like a key part of the medical team, we'd like to meet you.
