This job might be for you if You genuinely enjoy working with animals and are able to deal with them even when they are stressed, ill, or in pain You are able to remain calm during a medical crisis You love the teamwork approach and work well with all levels of hospital team members You have excellent communication skills As a Veterinary technician, a typical day might include the following Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries Safely restrain pets of all shapes, sizes, and opinions Collect samples (blood, urine, etc.) like the pro you are Educate clients while translating medical jargon into human language Keep things clean, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes Provide comfort, compassion, and the occasional baby-talk voice when needed Ready to join the Prien Lake family?
