Kennel Technician

Kennel Technician Job Summary Our animal care facility is looking for a full time kennel technician to join our team. To qualify for this role, you must have a positive attitude and a genuine love for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. In this role, you do more than cleaning and disinfecting the kennels — also feeding, bathing, and walking tasks. Must work the first two Saturdays of every month and holiday work will rotate between all veterinary technicians. Having previous experience in a pet care environment is a plus, but we will provide training to the right candidate. Kennel Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect the kennels
• Provide animals with food and water according to our feeding schedule
• Detailed record keeping
• Give animals in our care their medication as directed by veterinarians
• Walk the animals
• Bathing and nail trims
