Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This is not an entry-level position — candidates must have both clinical and front desk (recent) experience in a veterinary setting. Our ideal candidate understands the flow of an animal hospital, provides exceptional client service, and supports both the medical and administrative sides of the practice. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where you will never have the same day twice . It is best suited for candidates who are confident, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities without constant direction.

This is not an entry-level role . Applications will only be considered if you meet ALL of the following: Minimum 1 year working as a Veterinary Technician in an animal hospital Minimum 1 year working as a Veterinary Receptionist/front desk Experience must be RECENT in a veterinary hospital setting (not kennel, grooming, farm)MUST BE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN PAST 2 YEARS

Manage front desk operations including phones, scheduling, and client communication Provide exceptional service to clients and their pets Maintain accurate medical records and data entry Coordinate effectively with veterinarians and technicians Assist with patient flow and support the clinical team when needed Process payments and manage invoices accuratelyWhat Sets Successful Candidates Apart:
