What You'll Actually Be Doing ‍ ️ This is a hands-on, skill-driven role where your experience matters: Run anesthesia cases confidently, including monitoring and troubleshooting Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, lab work, and diagnostics efficiently Take and position high-quality radiographs Assist in surgery and advanced procedures Execute treatment plans independently and accurately Educate clients with clarity and professionalism (no hand-holding scripts) Maintain detailed, accurate medical records Anticipate doctor needs and keep appointments running smoothly Step into leadership moments—mentoring newer staff when needed You won't be micromanaged—but you will be relied on.
