Qualifications and skills:
At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Technician. Excellent communication skills Team player/plays well with other team members Positive attitude Enhancing reputation of the practice through client interactions and client education Accepting ownership for success /self-motivated Excellent Organizational skills Basic computer knowledge Good technician skills, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, specimen preparation, safe restraint of cats and dogs Experience monitoring sedation/anesthesia Comfortable with laboratory procedures Familiar with or excited to learn the Fear Free approach Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
