Together, we prioritize collaboration, communication, and staff development. We maintain staffing ratios that allow our DVMs to work efficiently and provide top-notch care, with a target of 2-3 CVTs per veterinarian, along with additional support from assistants and client service staff. What Sets Us Apart While BPC offers general companion animal services, our broader clinic network provides access to a range of advanced offerings at Meadow View, including: Dedicated dental suite with digital radiography Ultrasound Canine rehabilitation with a water treadmill (and soon a Certified Canine Rehab Practitioner) Cold laser therapy Orthopedic surgery You'll have the opportunity to learn about and even participate in these advanced areas if you're interested! Pay Range:

Non-Credentialed Technicians (with degree): $18-21/hour

Newly Credentialed CVTs:

$20•23/hour Experienced CVTs (3+ years): $22•28/hour, based on skill and specialization
