Full-Time | 30-40 hrs/week | 1 Saturday/month (8 AM-12 PM)

We're currently seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our growing team. What You Bring to the Table Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in North Carolina 2+ years of veterinary technician experience preferred Proficiency in venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, dental procedures, in-house diagnostics, medication administration, and patient care Strong knowledge of canine and feline vaccines, preventatives, and nursing care Experience assisting in surgery and monitoring sedated or anesthetized patients Excellent communication and client education skills Experience with veterinary software systems (Avimark experience a plus) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and jump in where needed Your Role in the Pack Assist veterinarians with appointments, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures Safely monitor anesthesia and patient recovery during surgical and dental procedures Collect laboratory samples, perform diagnostic testing, and maintain accurate medical records Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area Support and mentor assistants and newer team members as needed Help ensure a smooth daily workflow while delivering compassionate patient care Perk & Benefits A growing community of 140+ hospitals across 18 states Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Health, dental, vision, and 24/7 mental health support Generous PTO, paid parental leave, and holiday pay Career development support and mentorship programs Free RACE-approved CE platform with technician-specific training 401(k) with employer match Team recognition and incentive programs Referral bonus opportunities Personal pet care discounts across all CVP hospitals Scrub allowance Let's Do Great Work Together If you're a passionate Registered Veterinary Technician looking for a supportive hospital where your skills, knowledge, and dedication truly make an impact, we'd love to connect with you.
