Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the necessary skills to assist in providing high-quality veterinary services.Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in routine examinations and surgical procedures
- Perform animal catheterization and venipuncture
- Provide animal restraint during procedures
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian
- Conduct X-rays and assist in diagnostic procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Monitor and care for hospitalized animals
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment protocols
Experience:
- Experience in pet care, animal husbandry, and veterinary settings
- Proficiency in animal restraint techniques and handling various species
- Knowledge of dog training, pet grooming, and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with X-ray equipment operation and safety protocols
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician is preferred but not required Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our furry patients.
