This role is ideal for an experienced veterinary technician who loves teaching, coaching, and helping others grow. What You'll DoTrain and develop veterinary team members Lead onboarding and hands-on training for new Technicians and Technician Assistants Teach patient restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and procedural assistance Help team members understand not only the "how," but also the "why" behind excellent veterinary medicine Adapt training approaches to different learning styles and confidence levels Support continued skill development for existing team members through refresher training and mentorship Support exceptional patient and client care Reinforce gold-standard medicine and patient advocacy in every training interaction Model calm, compassionate, and professional communication Partner with veterinarians and leadership to support efficient workflows and excellent client experiences Help maintain safe, organized, and consistent medical standards throughout the hospital Foster a healthy workplace culture Create a supportive environment where team members feel safe asking questions and learning from mistakes Provide constructive feedback with kindness, accountability, and professionalism Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and positivity in a fast-paced environment Help strengthen a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician Credentialed technicians (RVT/CVT/LVT) strongly encouraged to apply, but not required Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, patient care, and laboratory procedures Passion for teaching, mentorship, and staff development Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a busy clinical environment Commitment to high-quality medicine, continuous learning, and supporting others' growth Why You'll Love Working with Us We care about our people as much as our patients.
