About Ark Animal Hospital:
Ark Animal Hospital is a privately owned, full service veterinary hospital in beautiful Bucks County. We have a state of the art surgical center, outpatient hospital, as well as a growing physical therapy center offering a brand new underwater treadmill. We are looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician with experience in surgery to join our growing clinical team. We offer a wide range of services including general and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, exotics care, physical therapy, and more!

What we are looking for:
A full time Certified Vet Technician who is proficient in restraint, lab work, lab draws, anesthesia, dentals, radiology, and client education. The proper candidate must be able to work closely with our group of surgeons (we have 7) and be able to independently perform tasks such as IV placement, patient prep, scrubbing in for surgery, monitoring anesthesia, as well as recovering patients. In addition, the candidate must be willing to assist in out-patient appointments on days that they are not scheduled in surgery. The candidate should be able to work some evenings (no later than 8pm) and Saturdays (8am-12pm). We're looking for an energetic, motivated individual that will encompass skills of being a self-starter, showing compassion, having great customer service, the ability to work well with others and be detailed oriented.
