Our NVC Groves location is looking for an Experienced Veterinary Technician who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative 1-doctor practice where teamwork and communication truly matter. The Role As an Experienced Veterinary Technician at NVC Groves, you'll work side-by-side with our doctor and team to deliver high-quality patient care and a positive client experience. This role is ideal for a technician who values consistency, autonomy, and being an essential part of daily operations. What You'll Do Assist the doctor with exams, diagnostics, and treatments Provide hands-on nursing care and perform lab work as needed Perform blood draws and place IV catheters confidently Support patient flow, organization, and a clean, efficient treatment area Communicate clearly with clients regarding medications and follow-up care Maintain accurate medical records and support daily operations What We're Looking For (Must Have) 1 years of veterinary technician experience at a minimum Strong proficiency in blood draws and IV catheter placement Comfortable working in a 1-doctor practice where your role truly matters Dependable, team-focused, and client-centered Strong communication and a steady, positive presence Preferred (Not Required) Surgery proficiency (prep, anesthesia support/monitoring, recovery care) Why NVC Competitive pay: (based on experience) No weekends and a consistent daytime schedule Supportive leadership in a family-owned organization A team culture grounded in our values: Accessible, Integrity, Generous, Dedicated, Collaborative, Spirited Ready to Join the Neighborhood?
