You:
Lead anesthesia and patient monitoring Perform venipuncture and place IV catheters confidently Initiate and manage fluid therapy Execute radiology safely and efficiently Monitor hospitalized patients and escalate concerns Educate clients clearly and compassionately Support surgical flow and sterile technique Help refine clinical processes and standards You are empowered to practice to the full extent of your training and registration. What We're Looking For Experienced Veterinary Technicians Minimum 1-2 years of direct patient care experience preferred Strong anesthesia, catheter placement, and diagnostic support skills Confidence in urgent or high-pressure situations Excellent client communication A teammate who takes initiative and thinks critically Evening/weekend/holiday availability required (we believe in fair rotation) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a clinical environment, including bending, standing, stooping, kneeling, moving from room to room, and sitting; may be required to walk or stand for extended periods of time Most importantly: someone who believes their role impacts the success of the entire hospital.
