Job Description

Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • We are looking for an upbeat and reliable team member to join our growing practice.
We are a 4-doctor practice with a commitment to excellence in patient care and a 'pet-friendly' (low-stress) hospital. Our practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray (incl. dental), patient warming systems, monitoring systems, surgery, therapy laser, ultrasound, etc. We enjoy educating our pet owners on both their medical and behavior concerns. Our goal is to be a partner in their pet's care. In addition to good animal care knowledge & technical skills; we are looking for a co-worker who is:
  • Friendly/welcoming to clients, animals and co-workers.
  • Has wonderful communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with both animals and people.
  • Has a love for animals and genuine concern for their well-being.
  • Has experience working in a veterinary hospital. Work schedule (if full-time) is typically 4 days per week, plus every other Saturday morning. Full-time preferred; but will consider part time. Must be reliable and able to lift 40 pounds. Expect contact with pets, along with exposure to interesting odors and loud noises. Please submit resume with references
