• Digital radiology (including dental)
• Comprehensive in-house laboratory

• Therapy laser
• Paperless medical records What You'll Do This is a hands-on, skill-driven role where your training is fully utilized:
• Venipuncture & IV catheter placement
• Patient assessment & vital monitoring
• Laboratory diagnostics (CBC, chemistry, urinalysis, cytology)
• Anesthesia induction & monitoring
• Surgical assisting
• Dental prophylaxis & charting
• Radiology (including positioning & imaging)
• Hospitalized patient care
• Medication administration (oral, injectable, transdermal) Leadership & Client Care We're looking for an LVT who can confidently step into a leadership role:
• Guide and support veterinary assistants & kennel staff
• Deliver clear, compassionate client communication
• Educate clients on treatment plans and home care
• Manage accurate, detailed medical records
• Support smooth patient admissions and discharges What We're Looking For
• Active Virginia LVT license (required)
• Strong technical and anesthesia skills
• Excellent communication and client education abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-first mindset
