We have a group of five locations in the greater Seattle area. We are building out a new Urgent Care facility in the Broadview area of Seattle and are looking for LVT with experience in emergency and urgent care. We are open to applications from Veterinary Technicians who find joy in their work while delivering excellent care to pets and their owners. You must comfortable handling high-stress situations and emergent presentations, including life-threatening illnesses or injuries. The ideal candidate should be adept at communicating thoroughly and calmly with distraught clients during emergencies, and willing to follow doctor-driven treatment orders for sick/critical patients. This includes tasks such as delivering oxygen therapy, managing hypotension, and running anesthesia in unstable patients. We appreciate individuals who are open to learning new treatment strategies under the supervision of doctors and always approach challenges with a "yes we can" attitude when helping clients and patients in need. Upon completion of 90 days, our comprehensive compensation package kicks in, offering medical, vision, dental, life insurance, CE, uniforms, pet care discounts, paid time off, and holidays We also offer a 401k retirement plan with company match. The hourly compensation starts at $31.00, and we also provide a $5000 signing bonus. We value employees who actively contribute to patient care with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
