What You'll Do Assist with anesthesia monitoring and surgical procedures Provide patient care and nursing support Perform lab work, radiographs, and treatments Support doctors during appointments Communicate with clients and provide education Work collaboratively with a positive, team-focused attitude Support and encourage team members through day-to-day guidance and training What We're Looking For Active CVT credential (required) Strong basic technical skills Team player with a positive attitude Good communication and willingness to learn Growth Opportunities Mentorship and skill development Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time (including leadership, if desired) Involvement in expanding services like hospice and patient care programs Benefits 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) — no weekends 401(k) + matching Health, dental, and vision insurance CE allowance + license reimbursement PTO + flexible scheduling Employee discount Uniform allowance Professional development support
