Job Description

Whitewater Veterinary Hospital — Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Whitewater, WI | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, No Weekends - Partnered with Heritage Veterinary Partners About Us Whitewater Veterinary Hospital is a well-established companion animal practice located just one hour from both Madison and Milwaukee, WI. The Role We're looking for a motivated CVT to join our tight-knit team. You'll rotate through triage, surgery, and appointments, think on your feet, and bring your full skill set to each day. No two days are exactly the same.
Key responsibilities:
Performing manual cytologies and microscope reading Assisting with routine surgeries (IV catheter placement, intubation) Supporting DVMs across companion animal appointments Client communication and patient education — a cornerstone of how we practice Using in-house diagnostics: IDEXX in-house equipment, SediVue, ultrasound support What We're Looking For Wisconsin CVT license (or eligibility) Comfortable with a flexible, team-first schedule Confident communicator — with clients, DVMs, and colleagues alike Willing to advocate for gold-standard medicine while flexing with the team Comfortable using a microscope and interpreting cytology samples
Bonus:
