Full-time We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chamblee, GA. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies Assist with general facility upkeep and repairs as needed Qualifications EPA Universal Certification OR HVAC Certification required Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar role Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Basic computer skills for work order tracking Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay: $23•25/hour Stable, full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Consistent work schedule Apply Today!
