HVAC Dispatcher Join a Growing HVAC Team We are a busy and growing HVAC company looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can help keep our operations organized, efficient, and customer-focused. If you have HVAC dispatching experience, enjoy problem-solving, and work well in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently Coordinate service, maintenance, and installation appointments Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates Support technicians throughout the day as schedules change Maintain accurate customer and job records Assist with membership renewals and follow-up calls Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous HVAC dispatching experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using dispatching or CRM software Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Opportunity for growth within the company Preferred Experience HVAC industry knowledge Dispatching software or CRM experience Customer service and phone experience
