HVAC Field Service Manager

Duties Lead our residential and light commercial field services to ensure timely and efficient completion of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair projects. Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical equipment. Ensure all field operations comply with safety protocols and superior customers service standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential system replacement. Maintain records of service activities, equipment repairs, parts used, and safety inspections for accountability and reporting purposes. Support team development through training on new technologies. Experience Proven experience with a strong background in HVAC service technician roles. Extensive knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems—including air conditioning and heating systems, mini-splits, and refrigeration. Hands-on experience with HVAC design principles, and equipment repair. Demonstrated ability to manage field service effectively in fast-paced environments. Strong mechanical knowledge. Strong customer service skills. Understanding of system costs and ability to recommend replacement systems as necessary. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay:

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
