Quarterly Meetings Requirements:

7-10 years HVAC installation experience is preferred, also seeking candidates with fewer years of experience St. Louis county license is preferred Ability to install ductwork, gas piping, wiring & refrigerant lines Strong understanding of system layout and manufacturer instructions Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and good communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Install residential & light commercial HVAC systems Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers & furnaces Braze, solder, press, and run refrigerant lines Wire low-voltage and line-voltage connections Perform system startup, charging, testing & commissioning Read and follow blueprints and manufacturer specs Diagnose initial installation issues and make corrections Maintain clean work areas and proper documentation Communicate clearly with customers and team members Support apprentices or helpers as needed

$80,000.00•$100,000.00 per year
