Atteberry Marshall Heating is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HVAC Installers to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for executing high-quality residential HVAC installations, completing service calls, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential HVAC installations with precision and care. Review job folders, prep, and load truck from 7:00-7:30 AM. Arrive on-site or depart from Shop no later than 7:30 AM daily. Follow company service call flow charts, including diagnostics, repairs, estimates, photos, and signatures. Use booties and floor coverings on every call to protect customer homes. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, replacements, and service outcomes. Complete and upload checklists, notes, and before/after pictures to our digital platform. Order and document parts, track warranties, and complete installations. Provide excellent customer education on new systems, thermostats, and maintenance. Collaborate with teammates and management for daily scheduling and field support.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation or service. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license required. EPA certification required. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using mobile tech tools for job management. Proficient in power and hand tools operation Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
