Position Overview We're looking for a skilled HVAC professional who can handle the installation of HVAC systems while ensuring top-notch customer service. Ability to handle new system installations is required and the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC system problems is a plus. Key Responsibilities

• Perform both installations and maintenance on HVAC systems, including annual inspections and clean and checks on furnaces and air conditioning units. Experience with Indoor Air Quality systems is a plus.
• Perform all HVAC installs, repairs, and replacements to applicable codes. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC diagnostic inspections and communicate findings to the customer.
• Respond to maintenance calls, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction. Effectively engage with the customer throughout service calls.
• Coordinate with the customer service representative and/or dispatcher to optimize scheduling and communicate service details.
• Process payments, collect funds, and assist customers with financing options when needed, always maintaining a professional yet courteous demeanor with customers and associates. Qualifications
• 4+ years of residential HVAC experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Punctuality, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on honesty, positivity, and exceptional customer service What We Offer
