The Big Task You will accurately and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in our customers' homes, ensuring every job meets our company's high standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, split systems) Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked Complete all paperwork accurately and on time Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job Follow all safety and company procedures Participate in ongoing training and development ✅ Qualifications Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to obtain certifications (we help you get there) What Sets You Apart EPA Certification Experience with high-efficiency systems (18-20 SEER) Leadership or lead installer potential Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship What We Offer $50K-$80K+ earning potential Company vehicle (take home) Health insurance Paid vacation & holidays Retirement plan with company match (Simple IRA) iPhone / iPad & modern software systems Ongoing training and career advancement Family-oriented company culture (this matters here) Team outings & events ️ This Job Is NOT For You If You cut corners You don't take pride in your work You're just looking for a paycheck This Job IS For You If You care about doing high-quality installs You want to grow your career You take pride in being a professional
