albert lea, minnesota Posted 2 days ago Closes 7/7/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Permanent 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_175582 We are seeking an HVAC Installer Assistant to join a dedicated team that provides high-quality heating and air conditioning installations. This full-time position offers a structured Monday-Thursday schedule with occasional overnight travel, compensated with additional pay and covered expenses. As an Installer Assistant, you will support the installation of HVAC systems and ductwork, maintain a safe and organized job site, and work alongside a skilled crew in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

Full-time, 35-45 hours per week

Typical Hours:

Monday-Thursday (Friday considered overtime if you have already met 40 hours for the week) 6 AM-5 PM (varies by project)

Travel:

If overnight travel is required, return on Thursday (up to 3 hours away)

Base Pay:

$18 per hour (Willing to start someone with experience for more)

Additional Pay:

+$6 per hour for overnight travel days

Additional Pay:

+$4 per hour for travel days where you return home the same day

Skills:

Prior experience with HVAC installation and ductwork is a plus
