HVAC Installer - EPA 608 Certified

About the Role We are a growing HVAC company looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer / Technician to join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have a clean background, not looking to be a salesman and want to work with a supportive crew on residential and light commercial projects, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Install new HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment Set up refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specs and code Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new installations Work safely and efficiently on job sites while maintaining a clean work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with service and maintenance calls when needed Requirements EPA Section 608 Certification required Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience Clean background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle extreme temperatures Reliable transportation and tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail OSHA certification a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Health benefits / retirement plan (after probation) Company vehicle or gas allowance Paid training and tool assistance Year-round work with steady projects Positive team environment with room for growth Performance bonuses If you're a dependable HVAC pro who wants stable work on Long Island with a company that values quality and safety, apply today!
