HVAC Installer (Up to a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team! This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems to manufacturer specs and local codes Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC equipment Complete change-outs, add-ons, and retrofits Work with tools such as gauges, meters, ohmmeters, and brazing/welding equipment Communicate findings and solutions to homeowners clearly Maintain accurate job notes, equipment records, and service tickets Follow all safety protocols and jobsite procedures Collaborate with service and install teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

3+ years Residential HVAC experience installer Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Knowledge of HVAC/R design, airflow, and equipment repair Valid driver's license + clean driving record EPA Certification Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
