PM NOTE:

This job is located in MILLSAP, TX and is for immediate start. Job Overview We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Laborers for full-time work in Millsap, TX. This position is suited for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on HVAC ductwork experience who are comfortable working on active construction sites and assisting with commercial HVAC installations. The ideal candidate will have experience with duct installation, hanging ductwork, wrapping ducts, setting air devices, and running line sets while working alongside HVAC mechanics and foremen. Responsibilities Hang and install HVAC ductwork Assist with duct layout and installation on commercial job sites Wrap ductwork and insulation as required Set air devices, vents, diffusers, and registers Run line sets and assist with HVAC system installation Load, unload, and move tools and materials around the job site Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from foremen and lead mechanics Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements Minimum 1 year of HVAC ductwork experience required Experience hanging ductwork in commercial or industrial settings Familiarity with HVAC installation tools and materials Ability to read tape measures and follow installation layouts Experience setting registers, grills, diffusers, and air devices Ability to run line sets and assist with HVAC installs Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and ability to work with a crew OSHA certification is a plus Work Environment Commercial construction and job site environments Indoor and outdoor work conditions Standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and repetitive physical activity required What do we offer: $25.00 per hour Full-time steady work Monday to Friday schedule Opportunity for long-term projects and continued work Apply today if you have HVAC ductwork experience and are ready to join a hardworking field crew. #MGR1
