HVAC Lead Installation Mechanic

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Lead Installation Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. Along with having strong knowledge of ductwork, equipment installation, system start-ups, and job site organization. Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, package units and duct modifications is required. Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ability to oversee complete system replacements and new installations Accurately install refrigerant lines, drainage systems, and related HVAC components Complete system start-up and verify proper operation Ensure installations meet current code requirements and pass required municipal inspection Maintain clean, organized and safe jobsites Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Train and assist helpers or junior installers as needed Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements Minimum 3 years HVAC installation experience required Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail Experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct modification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Ability to use mobile apps/tablets for service documentation Benefits Company truck Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
