HVAC Lead Installer

Pay:

Excellent Pay:

$20-$30+ per hour based on experience

Stable Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM — no nights or weekends

Responsibilities As an Installer & Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional comfort and peace of mind to our customers.

Your duties will include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems Performing system diagnostics, testing, and adjustments to ensure peak performance Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers about service needs and options Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following all company procedures and safety guidelines What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience Valid Driver's License Ability to accept direct deposit Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
