If you're an experienced installer who enjoys guiding a team, creating great customer experiences, and completing installs the right way the first time, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead residential installation projects for HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ products, etc.) Mentor and support installation helpers to ensure proper techniques and safety practices Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning to confirm optimal performance Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Ensure all installations comply with code, manufacturer specs, and company standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth workflows What You Bring 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven leadership skills and ability to train/mentor helpers EPA Certification required Strong understanding of installation best practices and system diagnostics Ability to read and interpret installation manuals Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions A positive attitude, high integrity, and commitment to quality Why Join Anthony's?
