HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting issues while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation) Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs Conduct routine maintenance and inspections Test system performance and ensure proper operation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes Communicate findings and recommendations to customers or supervisors Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Qualifications:

2+ years of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial) EPA Certification (required) HVAC certification or trade school training preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, confined spaces, outdoors) On-call availability may be required depending on client needs

Pay:

$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
