What You'll Do Perform HVAC maintenance and service with professionalism and attention to detail Diagnose and help resolve heating and cooling system issues Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners Represent a trusted, award-winning company in the field Participate in hands-on training and ongoing professional development Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment What We're Looking For HVAC experience is a plus (1+ year preferred), but we will train motivated candidates Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Desire to learn and grow within the HVAC industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent preferred EPA Type II Certification preferred Why Join Mike's Heating & Cooling?
