Job Description:

We are looking to hire an HVAC Maintenance Technician to be assigned to a portfolio of commercial office buildings. The HVAC Technician would have the following responsibilities:

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Maintaining and repairing pumps, cooling towers and boilers Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and system adjustments Handle emergency repairs quickly and efficiently Identify potential maintenance risks and ensure system reliability Maintain logs, reports, and maintenance records Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions Collaborate with team members, contractors, and report issues to management equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
