Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential HVAC Mechanical Lead Installer to join our team! In this energetic role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring the precise setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a diverse range of commercial and residential clients. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, inspiring your team and delivering top-tier service. Duties Lead and coordinate Residential HVAC installation projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately Oversee the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment, including refrigeration systems, boilers, air conditioning units, and ammonia refrigeration systems Equipment setting; Installing VRF Equipment Experience in Refrigerant lines Supervise junior installers, providing guidance on technical procedures such as welding, piping, and mechanical assembly Qualifications Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background Extensive knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration, and property maintenance Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, appliance repair, boiler operation, and field service tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning systems, and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in HVAC installation!
