Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Salesman to join our family owned and operated team to drive growth through exceptional technical sales and customer engagement. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will help us deliver top-tier service while expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with sales acumen in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Engage with prospective clients to understand their HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase system features and benefits. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' offerings. Utilize analysis skills to assess customer requirements and develop customized proposals. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise during client meetings and product demos. Experience Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role with a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Demonstrated ability in project management, analysis skills, and delivering compelling product demos. Strong technical background with knowledge of heat pumps, air conditioning, ductwork, ventilation, heating systems and controls are desirable. Experience in pre-sales activities including technical consultations, solution design, and client presentations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear benefits for clients.
