As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to support our HVAC team. This role collaborates closely with our current Parts Coordinator to ensure technicians have the parts, information, and support they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of responsibilities, including: Key Responsibilities

• Order HVAC/plumbing parts for service technicians
• Prepare customer quotes based on technician recommendations (parts and labor)
• Track and manage back-ordered parts, keeping customers informed of order status
• Receive, pull, and stage parts for upcoming service appointments
• Schedule return visits with customers for part installations
• Process manufacturer warranty paperwork and coordinate returns
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience and Background:

• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Dependable and reliable
• HVAC Parts Knowledge required
