HVAC / Plumbing Job Superintendent - Commercial

A.H. Moyer, Inc. is a full service Mechanical Contractor that performs HVAC, Plumbing and Excavation work for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a Commercial Jobsite Superintendent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone that is experienced in mechanical construction including both plumbing and HVAC construction in a commercial environment. You will be in charge of overseeing jobsites with a crew of 3-8 employees, coordinating installation of work, preparing material lists for order, and coordinating with other trades and owners Duties Installation of plumbing systems. Including domestic piping, sanitary piping, and gas piping. Installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Including toilets, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps and sewage pumps. Installation of HVAC systems. Including sheetmetal duct, hydronic piping, boilers, air handlers, rooftop air handlers and chillers. Be able to lead a team of 3-8 employees and designate tasks. Be able to read and understand blueprints and technical product information. Coordinate work with other trades, owners, engineers and architects and be able to communicate with them effectively. Provide daily updates on job status and any foreseen obstacles with the Project Manager. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites and work vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. This is not an all encompassing list of duties but an overall description of general duties and responsibilities.

Pay:

$33.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
