THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

Identify project needs to complete accurate estimates with clients, suppliers and internal departments. Coordinate jobs set up, ensure all materials are on order with delivery dates, coordinate with subcontractors and internal installers, and see projects through to completion. Manage all change orders. Provide projected costs for estimating and bidding purposes as well for billing. Develop timelines for product delivery and scheduling of personnel. Create and manage budgets for awarded projects. Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• AAS in Project Management or Business Related field.
• 5+ Years Experience in Estimating, Project Costing and Project Management in an HVAC type of position or 8+ Years Experience in the HVAC/ Sheetmetal Industry.
• MEP Autodesk or similar software experience.
