Salary Rate:

$100,000 - $130,000 We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to support both pre-construction and project execution. This role combines technical estimating expertise with hands-on project leadership to ensure accurate bids, successful delivery, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed HVAC cost estimates Perform material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor take-offs Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and subcontractor proposals Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposal packages Identify value engineering options that reduce cost without compromising quality Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost records Project Management Manage HVAC projects from award through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted work Track progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, and safety standards Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings Troubleshoot project challenges and proactively mitigate risks Financial & Administrative Monitor job costs, profitability, and financial performance Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support billing, invoicing, and project reporting Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred) 3-7+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., FastPIPE, Trimble, Bluebeam) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Valid driver's license For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
