• Full-time The supervisor will be responsible for executing the back end work of installation projects at industry standards. This position will require knowledge in Light and Medium Commercial HVAC Construction and Residential HVAC Construction. General contract values are $50k
• 300k.

Larger projects are under $750k. Typical project locations are within 1 hr of Baltimore. The position will be office based at Pinnacle.

Tasks :

Meet General Contractors and Project Managers for site meetings pre, during and post construction on commercial projects Meet with home owners or investors on residential projects Order equipment and job materials for projects Complete equipment and material takeoffs from job measure ups, blue prints, field notes by sales staff or field techs Manage installation crews Schedule installation crews Meet inspectors for inspections Complete change order request paperwork Design build modifications to existing plans as required Must be capable of properly sizing ductwork Must have a general knowledge of natural gas and refrigerant piping Provide project support in field and by phone when needed Verify employees are completing all required task to industry standards Perform/obtain customer reviews and field inspections for quality control Complete pre and post paperwork for installation department such as submittals and closeouts Communicating directly with mechanics, customers and contractors on a consistent basis will be a major part of the job Assist on installation projects as a supervisors role This is not the limit of responsibilities, other duties as necessary may be added
