COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL HVAC

& Refrigeration Service Technicians with a Minimum 5 years experience with Light Commercial, Commercial and Industrial equipment.

Duties Include:

( Job 1 ) Maintains, repair and install commercial/Industrial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems . Service Commercial /Industrial rooftops, chillers, heat pumps, VAV systems, split systems, boilers, refrigeration etc. Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps etc.. Monitors HVAC systems to ensure systems are operating properly, efficiently and safely, provide preventive maintenance according to established schedules and standards, respond to hot and cold calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues. ( Job 2 ) Maintains and repair supermarket and restaurant refrigeration equipment . Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps etc.. Monitors HVAC systems to ensure systems are operating properly, efficiently and safely, provide preventive maintenance according to established schedules and standards, respond to hot and cold calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues.

HVAC/R Journeyman Wages and Benefit Package:
