We are looking for a motivated Apprentice HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while learning directly in the field.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Apprentice HVAC Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians on both residential and commercial projects. Your days will be hands-on and varied—ranging from attic installs to on-site commercial builds. No two days are the same, and you'll gain real-world experience across all aspects of the trade.

Required Experience & Skills:

-General electrical experience-General understanding of ductwork installation-Ability to read tape measures and use basic tools (volt meters, drills, hand tools, etc.)-Willingness to learn, work hard, and show up ready to contributeEPA Certification is a plus, but not required — we will help you obtain it if you don't already have one. Job:

-Workday typically starts between 7:00-8:00 AM-Option to use your own vehicle or meet at the shop and ride in a company truck-Work includes both residential service and commercial construction projects-Physical, hands-on work in a variety of environments.
