Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the HVAC industry. This pivotal role involves developing strategic business relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. As a key leader, you will manage a dynamic sales team, foster strong customer partnerships, and leverage your expertise in sales, technical solutions, and management to achieve outstanding results. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective management, coaching, and performance tracking Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets within the HVAC sector Cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients through outside sales efforts and networking Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new product opportunities Utilize CRM tools such as Service Titan to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions for optimal pipeline management Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals Provide leadership in technical sales discussions by translating complex HVAC solutions into clear value propositions for clients Oversee business development initiatives aimed at expanding our footprint in existing markets and exploring new territories Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales within the HVAC industry or related technology sectors Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team Demonstrated success in sales environments with a focus on technical solutions and business development Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking for deal closure and relationship building Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Service Titan for pipeline management and analysis skills for forecasting Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to lead generation and brand positioning Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as an HVAC Sales Manager where your expertise will drive growth, foster innovation, and elevate our market presence.
