Your job is to:

Run service and maintenance calls Diagnose issues and uncover real opportunities Present solutions, upgrades, and replacements Close deals on the spot Turn every call into maximum revenue Keep install crews booked and busy If you don't like selling, this is the wrong role. Compensation (No Safety Net — High Reward) 100% commission Up to 20% of every ticket you sell Top performers earn $150K-$250K+ No hourly cap. No excuses. No ceiling.
